Kayla was cheerful & attentive for my first Mother’s Day brunch with my own mom! Super sweet & excited to see her again going from the tipsy tea to a summer day on the terrace. I advise anyone traveling here for dining experience to go through the main doors of “the shops on North Bridge” then follow the signs to the elevator for entering the Gwen :)

I organized a networking event for Busines Entrepreneurs at the Gwen. Everything was perfect. Venue was ready for our arrival and the staff was informed and helped to welcome my guests. Judie from the Gwen did an great job! I would definitely organize again an event at this location!

Shout out to Julie, Mayra and Boris. The Gwen is my go to in Chicago. As an Ambassador level member, I expect a lot and the Gwen did not disappoint We came to celebrate a Phd graduation and Mother’s Day. Brought in 4 family’s from across the US. The highlight was the attentiveness of your crew. Julie made my mother in law who was in a wheelchair feel like the most special mother and made sure we had great tables for our party of 9 for our graduation night drinks and dinner. Mayra, our server during that evening anticipated our needs even before we know we had them. Boris took care of us during the weekend breakfasts ensuring the most comfortable breakfast experience for our family. The Gwen deserves all its accolades. We will be back.
